"Until you value yourself, you will not value your time. Until you value your time, you
will not do anything with it."
- M. Scott Peck
About Meg
Meg L Kaminski, member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, began
her organizing career in the late 1970's working with performing artists: she assisted
actors, musicians and dancers in straightening out their business affairs. She has
worked as an "inside organizer" for a variety of non-profits, including a major
university research center, a women's domestic violence shelter, and a Tibetan
dharma center. She has given lectures in libraries and community centers. Meg was
also personally trained by Julie Morgenstern, who has authored many books including
Organizing From the Inside Out and Time Management From the Inside Out, and is a
regular contributor to O Magazine, the Oprah Winfrey Show, and the Today Show.
Meg draws on the precepts of simplicity and compassion in her work with others. She does not believe in imposing a standardized system from the outside, but rather draws on her skill of intuitive listening to assist clients in finding organizing systems which work best for them. She has helped simplify the lives of teachers, single moms, those who have suffered the loss of a loved one, therapists, retirees, teenagers, artists - anyone looking for a gentle approach in clearing through the clutter towards a more fulfilling life.
